1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Me Time Switzerland's services, both for customers and registered users.

2. Registration In order to use all of Barberscout's features, users must register and create an account. The information provided must be correct and up-to-date.

3. Services Barberscout provides a platform where users can find and book hairdressing services. Barberscout assumes no responsibility for the quality of the services provided by the hairdressers.

4. Bookings Bookings can be made online via the Barberscout platform. Cancellation policies and fees may vary depending on the hairdresser.

5. Payments Payments for services can be made online via the platform. Barberscout is not liable for transactions between users and hairdressers.

6. Liability Barberscout is not liable for damages caused by the use of the platform or the services provided.

7. Location and Data usage Our app collects and uses your device's location data to provide better services and enhance user experience. Specifically, we use location data for the following purposes: Nearby Salons and Barbers: We access your location to show you hair salons and barbershops in your vicinity. This helps you easily find and book services that are conveniently located near you. Improving Service Accuracy: Your location allows us to provide more accurate search results and recommendations tailored to your area. Enhancing User Experience: By understanding your location, we can offer location-specific promotions or deals available near you. We do not share your location data with any third parties without your consent unless required by law. Your location information is used solely for the purposes mentioned above You can opt out of sharing location data through your device’s settings; however, doing so may limit certain functionalities of the app, such as the ability to see nearby salons or barbers.

9. Final provisions If parts of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
